I liked the location and the feel of the hotel. More towels in the room would be nice.
Very comfortable, great decor, wonderful location, very nice breakfast and lounge
Loud parties downstairs
Good location for a great price. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. They did a great job of making an old building hip and happening. They have a neat little lounge right on the corner. It is within walking distance of good restaurants and entertainment. It's not super fancy, but nice. I would stay there again.
The staff always ready with answers and helpful not felling as if they were in a rush. Loved the decor and color scheme.
The comteniemtal breakfast was ok could use verity of fruits to go with everything else.
Pet friendly, frendly staff, great art work and charm. The location was great, many restaurants and shopping. Quick drive to a great park for a walk with my dog. Im looking forward to my next stay
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Room was up-to-date in design and furnishings.
It is located near downtown. Garbage truck picked up garbage late at night disturbing our sleep. Close to train tracks and train noise disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was poor and served in the bar/lounge...not a good atmosphere.
The location was superb. The room was clean. Free parking available. The price was perfect. The lounge was excellent.
The double room was a bit small, but manageable.
Location,price,cleanlness and breakfast
The cleaning staff overlooked my room on Thursday morning! The front desk provided towels and soap but I think I paid for better service.
Great, funky hotel with a European vibe in Downtown Spokane. Something different from the cookie-cutter chain hotels commonly found in so many places in the U.S.
A wonderful, funky motel. Great artwork, great customer service. Everyone is very friendly.
It is a remodeled travel lodge type motel - I was not aware of that. They could use some better (softer) pillows. And fruit at the continental breakfast.
Comfortable beds, convenient location, reasonably priced and very pleasant and helpful staff. Interesting decor. Nice stained glass and art work.
The room had a terrible odor. Bathroom is old and beat up.
I thought it was in a great location! The Sapphire Lounge was really nice and chic. The breakfast served was awesome.
On our check in date the woman working at the front desk wasn't very friendly. For example, The remote wasn't working in the room so I called the desk and she told us it was probably out of batteries. Then she said if we wanted to get new batteries we would have to go down and get them from the office. I understand that I'm perfectly capable of walking down but I feel that it is the Hotels responsibility to keep up with their equipment.
We were disappointed with our stay at Hotel Ruby... The bed needed to be replaced. It sloped so much to one side that we did not get much sleep. Very noisy location with loud neighbors. The carpets and bathroom looked to be in need of a good thorough cleaning - we did not feel comfortable letting our children take a bath in the tub. The "free breakfast" left much to be desired. We would not stay there again.
